Dylan Shatzer Storms to Win

Starting out as a warm spring race night Dylan Shatzer took Al Moser’s sprinter to the top spot and stayed there. Heats kicked off the night with Colton Hendershot and Ken Duke taking wins. Off to the feature as storms were on the way with Kolby Weaver and Colton Hindershot pacing the field to green, Weaver stayed high as Shatzer dove to the inside rail and was already going for the lead off turn four as he crossed the line just in front of Weaver and Donnie Hendershot. Shatzer had really had the bottom line working as Ken Duke made his way to second with Weaver and Donnie Hendershot in tow. At halfway it was still Shatzer with Duke and now John Scarborough making up the top three with Weaver still in fourth racing with Jerald Harris and Ryan Lynn not far behind. Nobody was giving up the bottom line up front as it was the fastest way even after a quick caution for a spinner it was a dash to the line with Dylan Shatzer staying strong to the waving checkered flag. Not long after the races were over a very strong storm came through causing a lot of damage to the surrounding area so it was good we could get in the complete race night.

At the line it was Dylan Shatzer, Ken Duke, John Scarborough, Kolby Weaver, Jerald Harris, Ryan Lynn, Daren Bolac, Todd Lynn, Colton Hendershot, Caleb Harris, Reed Thompson, Matt Mullins, John Smith, Chris Humblet, Dave Graber, Donnie Hendershot, Eric Paxton, Chris Ware, French Grimes and Kasey Weaver.
